This matter comes before the Board upon a February 3, 1987
petition for variance filed by Honeywell, Inc. seeking relief
from the open burning of explosive waste provision of the Board’s
air pollution regulatIons. The Petitioner waives hearing but
fails to include an affidavit attesting to the truth of the facts
alleged in the petition. The Board requests that Petitioner
submit such an affidavit in support of its petition~.
Unless this information is provided within 45 days of the
date of this Order, this matter will be subject to dismissal..
