    This matter comes before the Board upon
    a two—count
    complaint filed on June

    1985 by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency against Richard Nauman.
    Hearing was held on

    1986,
    at which the parties indicated that this
    matter had been settled and a signed Stipulation and Proposal for
    Settlement would be filed for consideration by the Board
    .

    The Board has not yet received the signed settlement
    agreement,
    and the parties are afforded until March 16,
    1987 to
    submit such an agreement to the Board or this matter will be
    ordered
    to hearing.
