ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On April 18, 2002, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until July 3, 2002, the
time period within which Mick’s Garage (Mick’s) may appeal a February 28, 2002
determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS 5/40
(a)(1) (2000); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency denied certain corrective action costs
regarding Mick’s facility located at 1251 Chain of Rocks Road and Highway 111, Pontoon
Beach, Madison County. Because Mick’s failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses
this case and closes the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on July 11, 2002, by a vote of 5-0.

    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
