    (UST Appeal)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
On April 18, 2002, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until June 26, 2002, the
time period within which the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (Authority) may appeal a
February 21, 2002 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS 5/40 (a)(1) (2000); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency rejected portions
of the high priority corrective action plan regarding the Authority’s leaking underground
storage tank located at Tri-State Tollway (I-294), North Bound, Mile Post 1.1, South
Holland/Lincoln Oasis (Lincoln North), Cook County. Because the Authority failed to timely
file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on July 11, 2002, by a vote of 5-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
