(UST Appeal)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
On January 17, 2002, the Estate of Edmund F. Radkiewicz (Radkiewicz) filed a
petition for review of an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) denial of
Radkiewicz’s amended high priority corrective action budget. On June 21, 2002, Radkiewicz
filed a motion to withdraw the petition.
In the motion, Radkiewicz asserts that the parties have agreed upon a course of action
that resolves the basis for the instant appeal, and that the Agency has no objection to the
motion. Radkiewicz’s motion to withdraw the petition is granted, and the docket will be
closed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on July 11, 2002, by a vote of 5-0.
Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
Illinois Pollution Control Board
