ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On June 10, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
within which Ampco Pittsburgh Corporation (Ampco) may appeal a May 15, 2002
determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS
    5/40(a)(1) (2000); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency modified Ampco’s corrective
action plan regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at former Wyckoff Steel, 3200
South Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, Cook County. The Board extends the appeal period until
September 17, 2002, as the parties request.
    See

this case and close the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on June 20, 2002, by a vote of 7-0.
