    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dunielle):
    On February 26, 1987, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency filed a Motion to Amend the Administrative Citation in
    this cause by deleting the allegation that Respondent has
    violated Section 21(p) (11) of the Act. That Motion is hereby
    granted. Respondent is hereby afforded thirty—five days from the
    date of this Order to file a Petition for Review of this Amended
    Administrative Citation should it so choose.
