    On October 23, 1986, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency (Agency) filed a Request for Further Time to File the
    Agency Recommendation concerning the Petition for Variance in
    this cause. The Board notes that the Petitioner has waived its
    rights to a decision for an open and indefinite period of time.
    The Board hereby grants the Request and orders the Agency to
    file its Recommendation on or before November 26, 1986.
