    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On February 5, 1987, Duo Fast Corporation (“Duo Fast”) filed
    its Statement of Justification of Trade Secret Claim. Pursuant
    to 35 Ill. Adxn. Code 120.225, the Board has ten working days from
    that date to determine whether the claimed material is a trade
    secret or until February 23, 1987. The Board may extend the
    decision period for an additional ten working days, if within the
    first ten—day period the Board finds that additional time is
    necessary and so notifies owner of the trade secret.
    The Board finds that an additional ten days is required due
    to the complex nature of the proceeding in which this trade
    secret determination arose. Duo Fast, the owner of the claimed
    material, will be notified by service of this Order. The due
    date for decision is now March 6, 1987.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
