v.
 )
 PCB 87—162
CITY OF POLO,
Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD
 (by J.D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon
 a Complaint filed by
Susan Haan, Complainant, against
 the City
 of Polo, Respondent,
 on
October
 19,
 1987.
 The Board
 finds
 the complaint deficient in
certain respects.
 First,
 the complaint fails to
 state which rule
or regulation
(of the Board’s Water Pollution regulations)
 has
been violated by the City of Polo (City).
 Second,
 the complaint
does not state
 the manner
 or
 the extent
 to which
 the City
 is
claimed to
 be
 in violation,
 i.e.,
 what did
 the City do
 or fail
 to
do
 to cause
 the violation?
 Third,
 the complaint fails
 to state
what type
 of relief
 is being requested.
 Does the Complainant
request
 the Board
 to enter
 a
 cease
 and desist order,
 to impose
monetary penalties,
 and/or
 to revoke
 a variance or permit?
 For
these reasons,
 the Complainant’s action
 is dismissed without
prejudice.
 If Complainant desires
 to pursue this matter,
 she
 is
free
 to file
 a complaint correcting
 the noted deficiencies.
IT
 IS SO ORDERED.
I,
 Dorothy
 M.
 Gunn, Clerk
 of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board,
 hereby certify that
the above Order was adopted on
