represented by the Attorney General’s Office.
The motion seeks
dismissal
for Petitioner’s
failure
to prosecute this action.
In support of
its motion, Respondents allege
that Petitioner
has failed
to respond
to legitimate Discovery

even when
ordered
to do
so
by the Hearing Officer.
Respondents
further
allege that Petitioner
has failed
to at.tend or otherwise appear
at pre—hearing
conferences scheduled
by the Hearing Officer.
In
short, Respondents agree that Petitioner has failed
to pursue
this
matter and to prosecute
its case.
Petitioner has filed
no
response
to the motion.
Respondent’s Joint Motion
is granted.
This action
is
dismissed.
