ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the board on a December 10, 1987
Petition for Variance filed by Transcraft Corporation (Trans—
craft). The petition is deficient in the following respects:
    1) reference is made to an “accompanying letter from
Ameron—Enmar Division”. However, no acornpanying letter
    was attached.
    2) 35 Ill. Adm. Code 104.121(f) requires:
A detailed description of the existing and
proposed equipment or proposed method of
control to be undertaken to achieve full
compliance with the Act and regulations,
including a time schedule for the implemen-
tation of all phases of the control program
from initiation of design to program comple-
tion and the estimated costs involved for
each phase and the total cost to achieve
    compliance.
The Board requests more information on the issue of
compliance so as to satisfy the requirement.
Finally, the Board notes that 35 Ill. Adm. Code 104.120
requires that the Agency be served with the petition as well as
the Board and that all additional information or amendments be
filed with the Agency and the Board.
    So as to demonstrate
compliance with this section, the Board orders that Petitioner
include a Proof of Service with each filing hereafter.
Unless an amended petition curing the above—noted defects is
filed within 45 days of the date of this order, this matter will
    be subject to dismissal.
