ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by B.
Forcade):
On June
17,
1987,
the Village of North Aurora filed
a
Petition
for Variance, seeking relief
from regulations on
restricted status and standards for permit issuance as those
regulations pertain
to limitations on combined Radium—226
and
228.
That petition
is deficient in that
it fails to provide:
Sufficient information of the pumping
rates on
the wells,
blending capacities,
and distribu-
tion system to allow the Board
to determine
whether
blending could
be used
to reduce
the
contamination levels,
and additional informa-
tion on past levels of radium sampling and
analysis or
a statement that no additional
data exist.
Unless
an amended petition
is filed within
45 days
of the
date of this Order, curing the above—noted defect, this matter
will
be subject to dismissal.
IT
IS SO ORDERED.
