ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):
On September 14, 1987, Morton Thiokol, Inc., Morton Chemical
Division (“Morton Chemical”) filed a motion seeking modification
of the Board’s May 28, 1987, order granting Morton Chemical a
variance from 35 Iii. Adm. Code 304.120(c) and 304.141(a) for its
Ringwood, Illinois plant. The instant motion asks that three
interim compliance dates in the compliance schedule ordered by
the Board be extended by several months. The Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency may respond to the motion by
September 30, 1987.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
