    This matter comes before the Board upon a June 10,

    (Pike).
    Pike requests a thirty
    (30) day extension of time to
    file
    an amended petition.
    The Board construes this request
    as
    a
    waiver
    for
    thirty
    (30) days of the decision date assigned
    to this
    case.
    Assuming this construction
    is correct,
    the Motion
    for
    Extension of Time
    is hereby granted.
    If,
    however, this
    construction does not accurately affect Pike’s intentions, Pike
    is instructed
    to so inform the Board.
