    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board on a May 4, 1987 Petition
    for Hearing and Appeal of Underground Injection Control Permit.
    The Board has accepted the appeal and has set it for hearing.
    However, the Board notes that Counsel for Petitioner is located
    in Washington, D.C., but has not informed the Board of whether he
    is admitted to practice law in Illinois. Pursuant to 35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 101.106(b), attorneys not licensed and registered to
    practice in the State of Illinois may request to appear on a
    particular matter on motion filed with the Board. The Board
    trusts that this oversight will be remedied forthwith.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
