    This matter comes before the Board upon a May 1, 1987,
    Cross—Appeal filed by William Alter and LaSalle National Bank
    (PCB 87—57).
    On May 11,
    1987, A.R.F.
    field a motion
    to dismiss
    the cross—appeal
    (PCB 87—51).
    The Board notes that neither Mr.
    William Alter nor the LaSalle National Bank filed the application
    for local siting approval which
    is the subject of the appeal from
    the Lake County Board.
    Thus, pursuant to the Appellate Court
    case of McHenry County Landfill
    v.
    Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency, No. 2—86—0265 and 2—86—036~,the Board grants
    the A.R.F. motion to dismiss
    (PCB 87—51).
    The cross—appeal, PCB
    87—57,
    is therefore dismissed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
