    This matter comes before
    the Board on several filings under
    this docket by William Alter and LaSalle National Bank,
    as
    Trustee under Trust No.
    103331.
    Specifically,
    the Board received
    a Motion
    to Dismiss Appeal
    and an Appearance on May
    1, 1987.
    Also,
    a copy of Mdlienry County Landfill,
    Inc.
    v. Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency, Nos.
    2—86—265 and 2—86—369
    (March 30,
    1987) was filed on May
    5
    in order
    to be included as an
    attachment
    to tne Motion
    to Dismiss Appeal.
    A.R.F.
    Landfill
    Corporation
    (AFR)
    filed a Motion to Strike and a Response to
    Alter’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal
    on May
    8 and 12 respectively.
    William Alter and LaSalle National Bank are not parties to
    this proceeding.
    As a consequence, they do not have standing
    to
    move for the dismissal of
    the appeal at issue in this matter.
    Therefore,
    the Board hereby strikes the Motion to Dismiss Appeal
    from the record.
    On May 12,
    1987,
    the County of Lake
    (Lake)
    filed
    a Motion
    for Consolidation of this docket with PCB 87—51 which concerns
    ARF’s appeal of the Lake County Board’s denial for site
    approval.
    The Board notes that the statutory deadline for
    a
    decision in this docket
    is June 6, 1987,
    whereas the deadline for
    the decision
    in PCB 87—51
    is August
    8, 1987.
    AFR has not filed
    any waiver
    of these decision deadlines.
    In addition, the Board
    hearing
    in this docket has already been held.
    Due
    to these
    circumstances,
    the Board hereby denies Lake’s Motion for
    Consolidation.
