    On June 30,
    1987,
    the Board received a filing from John and
    Emma Yager, requesting that their names be removed from the
    petition
    in this matter,
    as they were not properly informed.
    The
    Board construes this as a motion for voluntary dismissal as
    it
    pertains to the Yagers.
    The Board notes that there
    is no proof
    of services upon the other parties.
    The Board will provide a
    copy of that filing
    to all parties and requests any responses be
    filed by July 30,
    1987.
