    PCB 86—SO
    CHICAGO STEEL CONTAINER
    COKPORATION,
    Respondent.
    ORDER OF ThE BOARD
    (by
    R.
    C.
    Flemal):
    This matter
    involves
    a
    three—count complaint filed by the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (“Agency”)
    on April
    14,
    1986.
The complaint alleges that Chicago Steel Container
    Corporation
    (“Chicago”)
    has violated Sections 9(a)
    and
    (b)
    of
    the
    Environmental Protection Act and Sections
    201.142,
    201.143,
    2l5.l~.l,215.2ü4(j),
    2l5.2i~.,and
    215.213 of
    the Board’s air
    pollution regulations.
    Hearings were conducted
    in
    this matter
    on September
    4 and
    18,
    1986.
    At the latter hearing,
    the parties incorporated into
    the record
    an unsigned
    COPY
    of
    a
    stipulation they had tentatively
    entered
    into.
    It was anticipated
    that
    a signed copy would
    be
    received
    by the Board
    shortly thereafter.
    By Order of April 30,
    1987,
    the Board noted that
    it had
    still
    not received
a signed copy of the stipulation,
    and
    further
    noted
    that if the
signed copy was not received by June
    1,
    1987,
the Board would assume that this matter
    is not settled and would
    order
    that an additional hearing be
    set.
    As
a signed copy of the stipulation has yet to
    be received,
    the Board
    today directs the Clerk
    to schedule
    an additional
    hearing
    in
    this docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
