    This matter comes before the Board upon
    a June
    29, 1987,
    Motion
    to Dismiss
    filed
    by the Petitioner,
    City of East Moline.
    Apparently,
    the Petitioner
    is negotiating
    with the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    to work out
    the details of
    an
    operational plan
    for Petitioner’s
    landfill.
    Petitioner believes
    that any remaining
    issues
    in
    the permit appeal can more
    effectively and efficiently be handled
    in the context of these
    negotiations.
    The Petitioner’s motion
    is hereby granted, and
    this proceeding
    is dismissed.
