This matter comes before the Board upon a September 28,

1987, motion to withdraw filed by the Illinois Environmental

Protection Agency (Agency). The Agency stated that because the

Respondent agreed to operate the landfill facility in accordance

with an agreement to be settled the most expeditious and cost~

effective resolution of the proceeding would be to dismiss the

Administrative Citation. The Agency’s motion is hereby granted

ano this proceeding is dismissed.
