methods,

for instance,

eletrostatic spraying and

dipping.

3)

Sufficient data

to determine whether

the requested

permit can be

issued consistent with

federal

law.

If

an amended petition curing

the above

noted defects

is

not

filed within

45 days,

this proceeding will

be subject

to

dismissal.
