This matter comes before the Board upon a September 1, 1987,

motion to amend administrative citation filed by t~e Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency (Agency). The Agency states that

prior to filing the original administrative citation, an

enforcement action had been filed against Respondent Krohn with

the Board on July 16, 1984r as Docket No. PCB 84—92. The Agency

states that the parties in that action have reached a settlement

agreement. As part of the settlement agreement, the Agency has

agreed to amend the administrative citation which is the subject

of this proceedinq. Also, the Agency states tnat the Respondent

Parkway Bank and Trust, Trustee under Trust 

No.

4730, is a

nominal party, is not necessary to resolve the issues in the

amended administrative citation, and should be dismissed as a

party.

The Board hereby accepts the amended administrative

citation. The Board also dismisses the Respondent Parkway Bank

and Trust from this action.
