This matter comes before the Board on Petitioners Petition

For Variance And Amended Petition of September 18, 1987 and this

Board’s Order of August 6, 1987.

Petitioner has failed to provide all data requested;

specifically, the dates incorporated in any construction

commitments, expected dates of initiation of construction, the

date Petitioner was placed on restricted status, and the current

status of plant expansion.

If an amended petition curing the above—noted defects is not

filed within 45 days, this proceeding will be subject to

dismissal.
