Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, requesting the Board to
dismiss this action. In support of the motion the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency states that the site nas been
covered and graded and no longer poses a threat to the citizens
or environment of Illinois.
Tne Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s motion is
granted. This matter is dismissed.
