    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    Petitioner seeks a 30—day extension of the ninety (90) day
    maximum holding period for on—site accumulation of hazardous
    waste by means of a provisional variance pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm.
    Code Section 722.134(b). The Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency has found that compliance with Section 722.134(b) would
    impose an arbitrary or unreasonable hardship on Petitioner. The
    Agency, therefore, recommends that Petitioner be granted a
    provisional variance. The Board hereby grants Petitioner a 30—
    day provisional variance pursuant to 722.134(b) from October 30,
    1987 to November 29, 1987.
