ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):

maximum holding period for on—site accumulation of hazardous
waste by means of a provisional variance pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm.
Code 722.134(b) and Section 37 of the Environmental Protection
Act. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has found that
compliance with Section 722.134(b) would impose an arbitrary or

day provisional variance pursuant to Section 722.134(b) from
November 6, 1987 to December 6, 1987.
