This matter comes before the Board upon an August

joint motion

 to file an amended administrative citation and

to

withdraw petition for

 review.

 The Illinois Environmental

1-rotection Agency

 (Agency) and the Respondent have arrived

at

an

agreement, whereby

 the agency agrees

 to amend

 the administrative

citation

 to cover only the violations allegeo

 in paragraphs A and

B

 of the original citation and the Respondent agrees

 to withdraw

the petition

for

 revie~.~upon

 tne Board’s acceptance

of

the

amended citation and

 to pay the civil penalty of

 one thousand

($1,000) dollars.

The

 board hereby accepts

 the amended

 administrative

citation.

 In accordance with the provisions

 of the joint motion,

the Board grants Respondent’s motion

 to withdraw the petition for

review.

 The Board

 finds

 that the respondent

 has violated the

provisions alleged

 in the amended administrative citation.

As

there are two

 such violations,

 the total penalty

 to be

imposed

 is $1,000.

It

 is hereby ordered

 that, unless the penalty

 has already

been paid, within

 30 days

 of the date

 of this Order

the

Respondent

 shall,

 by certified check or money

 order payable

to

the State

 of Illinois and designated

 for deposit

 into the

Environmental Protection Trust

 Fund,

pay

 a penalty

 in the amount

of $1,000.00 which

is

 to be sent to:
