    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On July 13, 1987, Lustour Packaging Corporation (“Lustour”)
    filed a petition for variance from 35 Ill. Adm. Code 215.405.
    That petition was found to be deficient in terms of its
    compliance program. The Board, by Order dated July 16, 1987,
    ordered Lustour to file an amended petition within 45 days curing
    that deficiency. On August 27, 1987, Lustour filed a motion for
    extension of time in which to reply. That motion is granted and
    Lustour has until September 30, 1987, to file an amended
    petition.
