This matter comes before the Board upon the April 6, 1988,

Motion of the Tazewell County State’s Attorney, requesting Leave

To File An Amended Administrative Citation and the April 19,

1988, filing of a Motion To Dismiss by Respondent, Waste

Management of Illinois, Inc.

The Motion and attached stipulation assert that the parties

have agreed to dismiss the current cause; Respondent has paid the

imposed penalty; and all issues raised by the Petition For Review

are now moot.

The Motions are granted; this docket is now closed.
