    PCB 88—69
    ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL
    PROTECTION AGENCY,
    Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon the April 14, 1988,
filing of a Petition For Variance on behalf of Scott Air Force
Base, Department of the Air Force.
The Petition for review is deficient. Specifically the
Petition fails to state whether a hearing is requested; the
Petition fails to contain data relative to consistency with the
Clean Water Act; the Petition fails to describe the planned
construction; and the Petition fails to state the period(s) of
the desired variance. Without the above noted, required data,
the Board is unable to schedule this matter for hearing.
Petitioner is referred to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 104.121 and 104.122
for the required contents of a Petition for Variance. The April
14, 1988 Petition for Variance is incomplete.
Unless the Board receives an Amended Petition for Variance
curing the above noted deficiencies and complying with the
requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code l04.12l(a)—(l), within 45 days,
this matter will be subject to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
