ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):

This matter comes before the Board upon a Motion of the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, filed January 26, 1988,

requesting that the Board amend its Order of January 7, 1988.

The Agency, pursuant to negotiations with respondent, sought to

delete one alleged violation and include Respondent’s

acknowledgment and payment of $500 for violation of Section

2l(p)(5) of the Act. Respondent filed a Statement Of Concurrence

on January 28, 1988.

The Motion is granted. The Board’s Order of January 7, 1988

is vacated insofar as its inconsistent with this Order.
