ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On February 11, 2002, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until May 13, 2002,
the time period within which Blake Oil Company (Blake) may appeal a January 8, 2002
determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS 5/40
(a)(1) (2000); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency rejected the high priority corrective
action plan regarding leaking underground storage tank incidents 981567 and 981423 at
Blake’s facility at 401 N. First St., Forreston, Ogle County. Because Blake failed to timely
file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on June 6, 2002, by a vote of 7-0.

    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
