TtJRNBERRY UTILITIES,
Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Marlin):
This matter comes before the Board on a May 11, 1988,
Amended Petition filed by McIntosh, Ltd. (McIntosh) in response
to the Board’s Order of May 5, 1988. This Amended Petition
joined Turnberry as a Respondent to this proceeding
On May 16, 1988, Turnberry Utilities filed a Petition for
Variance requesting a variance concerning the same fluoride
standard at issue in this proceeding. That Petition has been
docketed as PCB 88—68. Since both this matter and PCB 88—88 are
variances which deal with the same issue, the Board is inclined
to consolidate these two dockets McIntosh and the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency are instructed to file
statements, by May 31, 1988, which address the issue of whether
it would be appropriate for the Board to consolidate this
proceeding with PCB 88—88. A similar Order in PCB 88—88 has also
been issued.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certify that the above Order was adopted on
