waived its right to a recommendation from Respondent until

Respondent’s recommendation has not been filed.

The carties are hereby ordered tn provide the Board by

February 29, 1988 with a status report on their intentions in

t~-iis matter, including a statement by Petitioner whether it

desires to pursue its requested variance and the submission by
