Board!s Second Notice Order
in this matter,
as adopted
on January
5,
1989.
These
are:
1)
Failure of strike—throuqhs
to accear
in the
ohrase “not exemot under paragraph
(a)”
in
renumbered subsection
304.301(a);
2)
Failure
of strike—throughs
to appear
in
the
phrase “that portion of Section”
in renumbered
subsection 304.301(a);
and
3)
Failure of
the “(b)”
to be replaced with “(a”)
in
renumbered subsection 304.301(b), consistent with
the general
renumbering of
this Section.
The Board
today
corrects
its prior Second Notice Order
to
remove these errors.
None of
the corrections alter
the substance
of the proposed amendment,
or
the Board’s Opinion
in suop~rt
thereof,
Moreover,
each of
the corrections exactly tracks
the
Second Notice recommended Order
as offered
by
the proponent
in
this matter,
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The proposed Second Notice Order
is hereby corrected as
follows:
