ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Marlin):
On June 10, 1988, the Village of Coal City (Coal City) filed
a Motion for Expedited Decision in this matter. Specifically,
the motion requests that the Board decide this case today. The
Board grants Coal City’s motion in so far as the Board will make
every effort to expedite its decision in this matter consistent
with competing demands of its workload.
In addition, the Board would like Coal City to confirm a
combined radium level that is listed in Coal City’s Petition.
Specifically, the Board wishes to know whether the combined
radium value resulting from use of the two shallow wells,
excluding the deep well, is accurate as set forth by the
Petition.
Finally, the Board orders Coal City to submit to the Board
the size of the pending subdivision development which prompted
Coal City’s motion.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
