    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board upon the June 10, 1988,
    Motion To Extend Time To File Recommendation filed by Respondent,
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The Motion notes
    ongoing meetings between the Agency and Petitioner directed
    toward ‘clearing up’ inadequacies in the Petition For Variance.
    The Motion also notes that Petitioner is expected to file a 30—
    day decision waiver.
    The Motion is granted~ Respondent must now file its
    recommendation no later than July 8, 1988.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
