ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J~. Theodore Meyer):

This matter is before the Board on a July 19, 1988 request

to withdraw filed by petitioners, Illinois. Drum Manufacturers and

Reconditioners. Petitioners ask that the Board allow them to

withdraw their July 15, .1986 proposal to amend the Board’s air

pollution control regulations. Petitioners state that they are

either presently in compliance with the Board’s volatile organic

material (VOM) regulations, or soon will be in compliance. The

request to withdraw is granted, and this proceeding is dismissed.
