    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On July 22, 1988, winnebago County Board filed a motion to
    consider record filed in case PCB 87—92 as record in case PCB 88—
    107. The motion is granted to the extent that the Board will not
    require resubmission of documents filed in PCB 87—92. The county
    will be required to file the record of the additional hearing and
    proceedings conducted by the county pursuant to the November 19,
    1987, Order of the Board in PCB 87—92. On August 2, 1988, the
    county filed the record and a certificate of record which appears
    to meet these requirements.
