    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board upon the July 11, 1988,
    Motion by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency,
    requesting Board approval to dismiss this action. The Motion
    states that the subject facility is not a permitted sanitary
    landfill and that respondent has cleaned—up the subject facility
    and ceased alleged illegal disposal activities.
    The Motion is granted; this cause is dismissed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
