    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On July 5, 1988, USI Chemicals Company, now known as Quantum
    Chemicals Corporation (“Quantum”), filed an “agreed motion to
    withdraw motion to reconsider, certify or stay without prejudice
    and to stay proceedings pending finalization of settlement
    agreement.” Quantum represents that the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency does not oppose the motion. Also, Quantum
    provides a waiver until March 31, 1989.
    The motion is granted. Quantum’s prior motion to
    reconsider, certify or stay is withdrawn. This matter is stayed
    until September 1, 1988, to allow time to finalize the settlement
    agreement.
