ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon receipt of an Appearance and
Motion To Dismiss filed December 23, 1988, by Respondent, Seegers Grain,
Inc. The motion alleges that Complainant’s factual allegations were too vague
and therefore violated 35 Ill. 1dm. Code 1O3.122(c)(2). On January 4, 1989,
Complainant responded to the motion. In its response, Complainant provides
answers to the allegations of insufficient pleadings.
The motion to dismiss is denied.
