    Respondent.
    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Anderson):
This matter comes before the Board upon
    a March
    14,
    1989
motion by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
    for
    a further extension
    of time
    to file
    its Recommendation.
    The
Agency states that negotiations on Petitioner’s control strategy
    are ongoing,
    the Agency advises that counsel
    for Petitioner has
informed the Agency that certain supplemental information will
    be
filed with the Board and provided
    to the Agency by March
    17,
    1989.
    Petitioners thereafter wishes
    to meet with the Agency
    to
    discuss
    this supplemental information.
    Under
    these circumstances,
    the Agency asserts
    it
    is unable
    to make
    a Recommendation
    to
    the Board as
    to Petitioner’s
    compliance plan at this
    time.
    The Agency believes that
    it will
    be able
    to do
    so by April
    7,
    1989,
    presumably following receipt
    of the supplemental
    information and the discussions with
    Petitioner.
    The Agency’s motion
    is hereby granted.
    The Agency shall
    file
    its Recommendation by April
    7,
    1989.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    I,
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of
    the Illinois Pollution Control
    Board, hereby certify
