ORDER OF THE BOARD

This matter comes before the Board upon
a March
14,
1989
motion by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
for
a further extension
of time
to file
its Recommendation.
The
Agency states that negotiations on Petitioner’s control strategy
are ongoing,
the Agency advises that counsel
for Petitioner has
informed the Agency that certain supplemental information will
be
filed with the Board and provided
to the Agency by March
17,
1989.
Petitioners thereafter wishes
to meet with the Agency
to
discuss
this supplemental information.
Under
these circumstances,
the Agency asserts
it
is unable
to make
a Recommendation
to
the Board as
to Petitioner’s
compliance plan at this
time.
The Agency believes that
it will
be able
to do
so by April
7,
1989,
presumably following receipt
of the supplemental
information and the discussions with
Petitioner.
The Agency’s motion
is hereby granted.
The Agency shall
file
its Recommendation by April
7,
1989.
