    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by 3D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board upon a February 8, 1989
    Petition for Variance filed by LCN Closers, Inc., (LCN). LCN
    requests variance from certain of the Board’s Air Pollution
    Control Regulations; therefore a hearing is mandatory. However,
    the Board is unable to proceed until more information is
    submitted in accordance with Section 104.122, Consistency With
    Federal Law. Unless an an~ended petition including this
    information is filed within 45 days of the date of this Order,
    the petition will be subject to dismissal.
