1988, Morton Thiokol,
Inc.

filed
a
petition
for variance extension and a request that the Board
incorporate
the record
in
a prior variance proceeding
(PCB 86—
223)
into this proceeding.
On September
28,
1988, Thiokol
filed
an amended petition for variance extension
in which
it request
that the Board “incorporate the record, opinions and orders
in
the prior variance proceeding
...“
The Board,
in its Order
of
June 16,
1988,
stated:
The
Board
will
allow
the
incorporation
by
reference
of
all
Board
opinions
and
orders
from
the
prior
proceeding
in
PCB
86—223.
However, Thiokol must reproduce at least
three
copies
of
any
other
portions
of
that
record
that
it wishes
to be incorporated
and file
it
with the Clerk
of the Board.
In addition, Thiokol,
by letter dated September
9,
1988, waived
its
right to
a decision
in this matter
to March
1,
1989.
