    extension of time to file its Variance Recommendation until
    noting that the Village of Sugar Grove (Sugar Grove) has
    ng with the Agency prior to the filing of the Agency
    The motion is granted.
    On December 22, 1988, the Board received a letter from Mr. Leonard
    Stoecker, Attorney for Sugar Grove, that the Board construes as a 45 day
    waiver of decision deadline, until April 29, 1989.
