Board

stated:

cautioned

that

the

variance,

and

the

permit

appeal,

PCB

88—174,

are

two

separate

and

distinct

proceedings.

They

have

different

due

dates;

different

legal

standards

apply;

and

evidence

introduced

into

one

is

not

part

of

the

other

proceeding.

These

proceedings

are

not

and

cannot

be

consolidated

and

any

documents

Allied

wishes

to

file

must

be

directed

to

one

specific

Proceeding.

Due

to

the

nature

of

these

proceedings,

the

Board

re—emphasizes

that

consolidation

is

not

feasible.

For

these

reasons,

the

motion

to

consolidate

is

denied.
