    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On December
    12,
    1988, Waste Management
    of Illinois,
    Inc.
    (WMI)
    and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    jointly responded
    to the Board’s Order
    of November
    29,
    1988
    “by
    declaring
    that all matters
    in
    controversy raised by these
    proceedings,
    including the IEPA’S January 20,
    1987 Motion to
    Modify,
    are moot and that no further action
    in these proceedings
    is required
    by the Board.”
    WMI stated that
    it has withdrawn its RCRA Part B permit
    application and no outstanding
    issues remain.
    The parties
    request
    the Board
    to enter an order terminating further
    proceedings
    in this matter.
    Therefore,
    the Agency’s motion
    to modify
    is deemed withdrawn
    and further proceedings
    in this matter
    are terminated.
    The Clerk
    is
    hereby directed
    to close the
    record
    in this
    matter.
